18 January 2013 can tds be deducted on amount of Rs. 50000 if there are four bill of Rs. 50000 each but the
sanction was of Rs. 200000 in once.
So the query is that the tds should be deducted or not.

18 January 2013 yes it is mandatory to deduct tds in this case.
