Hi, One of my clients deducted tax on professional fees in march,2009 but deposit it in May,2009. I wanna know whether it is admissible or not.(State with Section)

section 40(3) (a) yes its admissible as the act says any deduction on 31st march should be submitted till the due date of filling of return but if the deduction is made before 31st march then it will not be admissible
