21 January 2012 i have receipts a notice of late payment of tax interest rs.3840/- and late payment interest till the date of gen. of intimation interest Rs.1116/-.
Tell me, why the department can calculated interest till the gen. of intimation rs.1116/-., in which section that provision is available.
