actual date of payment of Tds :- 08-07-2013
now please tell how to calculate months for Late payment of interets..
in the above case department is calculating 2 months (i.e. from the date of deduction).
if department is correct then what is the relevance of due date?

you need to pay for two months. For June and july. calculation is done on calender month basis.
