24 February 2016 a contractor supply material of rs 1710000 to company under a contract agreement.
contractor raises his invoice as
cost of panel 1500000
add 14% vat 210000
total 1710000

now whether tds @2% will be deducted on gross amount(1710000) or amount excluding vat (1500000)?
