Our company is incorporated recently and our turnover is less than 1 core. Please suggest whether we have to deduct TDS on payments to contractors or professionals?
Please note that our company is not reached the threshold limit of 1 crore

TDS not having any threshold limit based on the payee`s turnover. only Individual & HUF has the limit, if their turnover not reached for limit under sec.44AB then they are suppose not to deduct tds on their payment to others. but corporate assessee need to deduct TDS starting onwards
