Sirs, Is it necessary to deduct TDS for payments made to sewage water treatment plant? Is there any exemption under IT Act, to such plants established under such scheme intiated by some government authority?

Ask to society for none TDS none deduction certificate from Income Tax Office. otherwise TDS applicable on repair & Maintenance of Plant.under sec 194C @2%
