16 September 2008 is tds for the financial year 2007-08,which is deposited on 15/09/08 before filling I T Return will render the expenses disallowable.

16 September 2008 If the expenses incurred and TDS deducted in March 2008, then it is allowable. Otherwise it will be disallowed under sec 40(a)(ia).
