TDS deposit Twice ?

Due to mistake, we have deposit TDS twice. Whether there is any provision to refund it.

Please give feedback on it.

13 June 2009 give the TDS certificate for the Acual amount paid that is double TDS, let him claim refund and You request him to pay you the excess amount paid wrongly
