Tds default liability

25 February 2012 Dear Sir,
In case TDS default generate in late payment of TDS on Interest other then securities Sec. 194A but interest penalty deposit in Sec. 194 I rent and revised return had been filed. Is liability discharge or department will be raised demand again in future. Please guide me
