Software service man came from Austria and done the service work in India and got the payment in dollar ( through Bank) . Whether , deduct the TDS ? what is the percentage of TDS ?

24 February 2015 Yes. TDS apply u/s.195 and the rate will be

20% if the recipient not having PAN in India

If recipient having PAN the rate will be referred as per DTAA agreement with Austira

@20% if PAN is not available.
