29 September 2011 First installment of rent for the year paid on Sep2011. should we deduct TDs on the amount if the monthly rent is Rs.15000/-

29 September 2011 Dear Devender Singh,
There is no need to deduct TDS as the amount dose not cross 1,80,000 in the financial year.
