Dear Sir,
We had make the P.O. (purchase order) for 1 unit testing charges. of Rs. 36,00,000/-
Vendor give me a first bill for 10% amount i.e. of Rs. 3,60,000/-, we booked this bill, now which amount we have deduct TDS? on Rs. 36 lakh or 3.60 Three lakh sixty thousand?
Please advise!

Tds would be deducted on rs. 360000
