TDS deduction

13 August 2010 I'm fresher in audit & doing audit of bank in which I have undertaken a co-operative bank tax audit. I wanted to know, is it required to deduct TDS on government audit fees? Is it to be deducted under profession fees?

13 August 2010 If u are talking about ur tax audit fees then TDS deductible u/s 194J.
