Is there any provision for Non Deduction of TDS when both the deductor & deductee are government companies?
For Example: Company 'A' (a govt undertaking) providing service to another Company 'B' (a govt Undertaking) now when company 'B' wants to make payment to company 'A' for it's service, My Query Arrived.
