I am working in a private firm on a salaried basis. My TDS deduction is done on a monthly basis.
This year, in the month of February 2013, I could not work due to an accident..and therefore did not receive my salary for feb 2013. Therefore, no TDS deduction was done as well.
Now, at the end of the year....how should the TDS revision be done?
For eg....if my Gross Salary is Rs 40000 per month, and say, TDS deduction is Rs 2000/month...then, considering that I was not paid Rs 40000 for feb 12, and no TDS was deducted...how should the same be adjusted and filled into Form 16?
