24 June 2015 Dear Sir/Ma'am,
can I deduct the TDS from the first transaction/Service, even though the Payment is not crossed the limit of deduction either of single transaction's limit or annual limit under 194C ...?

24 June 2015 u/s 194C you have to deducte the tds when single bill exceeds rs. 30000/- and whole year transaction cross rs.75000/-

why are you deducting tds when limit is not cross.?
