We are deducted 20% on where PAN not there

now one of the vendor asking TDS Certificate from 2011

The PDF was not generated in NSDL

What should be communicate to vendor

02 February 2012 You could always issue a hard copy of the Form 16A. This will enable the other person to make the claim of TDS.
