Dear Sir,
As one of the salaried individual by mistake had two pan card being provided by nsdl, the old is used for salary and the new one has been used for a sale of property. My query is that, as it is an offence the old pan which was used for salary has being applied for surrender on 06-07-2015, on filing the return for the fy 2014-15 can the tds credit amount out of the salary be considered to reduce the tax liability?
