It is told in the I T Department that TDS credit for the F Y 2006-07 to F Y 2008-09 can be taken on the basis of Mannual TDS Certificates even though the same is not appearing under Form 26 AS. I need a circular/notification in respect of the same. Please kindly provide guidance for the same and also provide circular/notification references for the same.
