02 April 2010 ASK THE DEDUCTOR TO ISSUE THE CERTIFICATE OF SAME AMOUNT AS DEDUCTED.

02 April 2010 The Deductor has to issue a Cerificate in Form no.16/16A and if TDS is deducted but not deposited then ask the depositor to refund the amt. deducted.
