09 September 2010 No TDS would be applicable if it is made by using material other than by supplied by you.

TDS is non deductible w. e. f. 01.10.2009 u/s 194C as it does not include manufacturing or supplying a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer.
