19 March 2010 A partnership firm has a business of hotel. Commission giving on booking the rooms to partner is tds applicable on this commission?

19 March 2010 U/s 194H TDS is applicable, however if its treated as a share of profits under the terms of the partnership deed TDS will not apply.
