Kindly let me know TDS applicable for stationery products Like pen,battery Tape,Etc

If Supply Contract given then It will be deduction u/s 194C

no tds applicable on purchase items . its supply with agreement or not there is no diff. its only attract VAT which is charged on invoice by vendor.

Hi Chandru, TDS is applicable only if the procurement is done based on custom requirements or by contract, & TDS won't be applicable for general purchase.
