22 October 2015 Please suggest Tax compliance on below transaction :

Work Contract Transaction:
Repair & Maintenance 37000
New Roller Blind (Curtain ) 43500

Vat 8% (composition scheme)
in this case on what amount TDS will be calculated .
In my view New Roller blind will be capitalized so tds will not calculated on Rs.43500/.

so tds will be calculated on 37000/- @2%.
and what would be service tax compliance .
Please help me out

better to ask separate bill from party
