If Turnover exceeds basic limit u/s 44AB, but if tax audit has not done , then TDS should be deducted or not? Please send me case laws.. Thanking you

TDS is not linked to whether you did the audit or not. Once the turnover crosses the tax audit limit, the TDS regulation shall apply from next year automatically.
