06 March 2012 Is it mandatory for Pvt. Ltd. Co. to furnish blank TDS return in case there is no transaction/No deduction of TDS. TDS was deducted and deposited in the last financial year and accordingly return was submitted but this FY there is no transaction.Early response shall be highly solicited.
