sir i have a fixed deposit in union bank of india amount 106000/- @ 6% per annum for one year . i have not pan card , the bank deducted my tds on interest amout $@20% , tell me they deducted tds on that interest amount right or wrong because accourding to my knowledge no tds is applicable if interst amount is less than 10000/- here interest amount is less than 10000/- regards
