27 April 2011 Is it compulsary to give details of Employee whose Gross Annual Salary Exceeds Rs.160000/= but after deduction of allowances U/s 10 and claim Under Chapter-VI incom is below taxable limit. If yes? in such case it is necessary gives monthly salary details or annualy in last quarter return only.
