16 February 2011 i have to give commision to a broker therefore how much tds should i deduct from his brokerage
the brakerage is general commision for sales man

17 February 2011 Any person who pay commission of rs 5000/- or more has to deduct Tax @10% u/s 194H of the IT ACt.
