First- The limit of annual intrest (Total intrest on Saving A/C and FD ) beyond which banks deduct the TDS and issue a certificate,
second- TDS deduction will be at what rate.
Third - When banks have to issue the TDS Certificate to the indvidual.

08 February 2011 Limit is Rs. 10,000/- @ 10% and within the time precribed under rule 31 which is generally one month.
