If someone did not claimed TDS of AY 16-17 but file ITR WITHOUT CLAIMING TDS

In AY 17-18 file ITR OF AY 17-18 WITH 17-18 TDS CLAIM

Whether in AY 18-19 TDS OF AY 16-17 CAN BE CLAIMED
