08 June 2018 Certain Exps Vat invoices attract TDS Such as hire chgs, Software development etc even though vat is charged you have to deduct TDS.

15 July 2018 Contract for mere supply of material tds not applicable. In order to deduct there should be insolvent of labour or services than you have to deduct TDS.
