Hello Sir / Madam, our company not taking the separate TAN for each branch and filed the TDS return of all the branches under single TAN. One branch in Rajasthan received the SCN why not apply for TAN. what is the remedy.

Not mandatory to Apply TAN For each branch, you can file return by HO by taking TAN In Single Place and file consolidate TDS Pertains to Payment to all branches.
