28 April 2016 if the firm claims repairs as expense which is amounting to Rs.138000 (a single bill) whether the firm has to deduct tds on it????
is it falls under 194 c ?????

28 April 2016 If Repair & Maintenance contract is with material then it will come under 94C or its technical service it has to deduct u/s 94J.
