11 March 2016 My father is 85 years and as such super senior citizen . His only income is from FD Interest which is 4.85 lacs. Is BANK liable to deduct TDS . Pls advise

If you want the bank should not deduct TDs then pls submit form 15H to the bank.
They will not deduct tds.
