HLO ALL, IF A COMPANY GET HANDLING SERVICES FROM A COMPANY ON WHICH TDS IS DEDUCTED UNDER SECTION 94C, IF THE COMPANY GET FUMIGATION FROM THE SAME COMPANY FOR WHICH BILL OF ONLY RS. 5000 IS RAISED, THEN WHETHER TDS IS DEDUCTIBLE ON IT OR NOT?TDS IS DEDUCTIBLE SECTION WISE OR EXPENSE WISE?
