30 October 2015 Hi,

I didn't get my TDS certificate from my last employer as their CA was busy with some personal dificulty bla bla bla

My income is below the taxable slab

how can i get it refund without the TDS Certificate?

some one informed me that it can be done without the certificate aswel.
