18 June 2015 I hav filled tds retrun Q4, but now I want to file Revised Q4 return then what is last date for filling Q4 (revised)

18 June 2015 There is no such last date. You can do it anytime. Better to do it as early as possible so that the employees 26AS gets updated before they file their return.
