04 June 2015 The deductor has deducted TDS but not paid and hence the assessee is facing problem in getting credit for TDS. She has received intimation for the same. The TDS is from retainership fees. The asseessee has initial offer letter stating gross fees and TDS.
What stand is to be taken while representing the case to ITO?
