04 May 2015 without PAN can tds return file? and what is procedure for refund the tds by deducted ?

04 May 2015 You can not file return without PAN. You need to file income tax return to claim credit/refund of TDS deducted from you.

05 May 2015 Ankit even TDS return can not be filed without PAN. PAN is also required along with TAN.
