06 April 2015 Our assessee is a partnership firm having turnover of about Rs. 100 crores. They are paying office maintenance (Annual) Rs. 96000/- to a co. op. Maintenance Society (NTC). Please let us know that any tds u/s 194C is to be deducted or not?

06 April 2015 Yes TDS to be deducted u/s 194C @2% irrespective of turnover. Turnover criteria not applicable for partnership firm.
