whether TDS applicable for hire charge payments? if applicable means how much percentage?

Hire Charges of what?
If hire charges paid for Plant & Machinery then TDS 2% u/s 194I if threshold limit of 180000/- p.a. is crossed.
If paid for any Land, Building or fitting @10% u/s 194I if threshold limit of 180000/- p.a. is crossed.
If PAN not provided 20% TDS to be deducted.
