Dear Expert,
One of my client has paid TDS in A.Y. 2013-14.
but he has not filed his return of income for that year.
so how he can get credit of the same??
No action taken till date...

you have to file the Income tax return to get the TDS credit. for AY-2013-14. you can file the return till 31st March 2015 as belated return u/s.139(4) (with in 1 Year from the date of completion of assessment year)
