We are providing finish cloth for making a shirt, that shirt is use model for photo-suit & it purpose of print a poster and it poster delivery to party with finish fabrics. For computerized printing a poster they are charge on bill VAT 5%. Here my question is that we can deduct TDS or not on such a bill before making a payment.
