If the contractor (194C) have :- 1). Company where total payment upto Rs.1 Crore 2.060% 2). Company where total payment exceed Rs. 1 Crore 2.266% 3). Individual, HUF where total payment upto 10 lacs and Firm where total payment upto Rs.1 Crore or Co-Op society or Local authority @ 2.060% 4). Individual, HUF where total payment exceeds 10 lacs and Firm where total payment exceeds Rs.1 Crore or Co-Op society or Local authority @ 2.266%
