Sir,An individual manufacturer avails transport services from a transportation agent.Total payments to transportation agency exceed 75000.But being just a transportation agent,if he furnishes the PAN of the real different different transporters,then is it valid if no TDS is deducted?

No such exemption possible.mandatory to deduct TDS. exemption available only if payment made to transporter
