31 May 2014 yes. incme tax deduction (TDS)is applicable in the cases of hire charges

31 May 2014 will it not be covered under the business of pling, hiring under goods carriage where no TDS is required to be deducted??

31 May 2014 yes tds will applicable you can take as transporter and take PAN then no TDS deduction required.
