20 January 2014 Hiii.. there is very confusion b/w sec 194 C & 194I that suppose we letout any property there is 194I but confusion is that there is also a contract so 194C may apply. plz clear my doubt...

NO in case of letting out of immovable property s/194I applies & not 194C
