Are all payments attracts TDS? i.e. Dr. side of my P&L A/c?

09 January 2014 no, not all payments attract tds.
only payments the nature of which are defined in the various sections of Income tax under section from 192 to 196, tds is required to be deducted on such payments only

09 January 2014 Yes agree with expert, major expenses such as Telephone Expenses, Electricity charges etc. doesnt attract TDS.
